Bordertown BBQ brings together the bold flavors of Texas barbecue and the laid-back charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry. We smoke our meats slow, serve our drinks cold, and keep the focus on honest food and good company.
Our team has spent years in kitchens, behind various bars, and around pits — learning what makes people feel at home. We built Bordertown BBQ with that same spirit in mind: a place where the details matter, but the vibe stays easy.
From our house-smoked brisket and scratch sides to a drink list featuring Texas whiskeys and local favorites, everything we serve has a story behind it. The space reflects that too — rustic, a little bit rebellious, and full of character.

Real Ingredients. No Seed Oils.
We believe in honest cooking with quality ingredients. That’s why our menu is nearly 100% seed oil free, including all fried foods being cooked in our house-rendered tallow. Our commitment to real ingredients means cleaner flavors for you and a meal that stays true to tradition.
Cater Your Next Event
Let Bordertown BBQ handle the food for your next gathering. We offer family-style Texas barbecue catering featuring our slow-smoked meats and house-made sides.
A 20-person minimum and one week's notice are required. Catering is available for pickup only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Pricing is customized based on your event needs.

First come, first serve
Why don't we take reservations?
Because great barbecue isn't made on a schedule. We smoke fresh meats daily and serve them until they're gone. While we often have plenty of meat available throughout service, there's no absolute guarantee that every menu item will still be available right up until closing time.
Rather than accept reservations and risk not being able to offer the full Bordertown experience, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. It's part of our commitment to serving fresh barbecue every day.
